He has now obscured his house on Google maps, probably doesn't want the attention! Anyhow the road name is on the first post, it's house number two-zero-seven. I'd suggest a day out, and go & knock on the door!
The house next door is the one obscured

This home is just a few mins off the M25 J17, very easy to get to

Is my original post visible to anyone? I can’t see it. But I haven’t got any email to why it has been removed (to me)

Never mind, it’s still there.

Here’s a recent screenshot of the house in question

The rover is still there

No problem if the scrapper has a Hiab.
They're mostly duroplast, so little value as a scrapper!

These are on one of my regular cycling routes. Been meaning to snap them for ages.

The Polo wagon is going the same way as the Breadvan - looks very faded in real life, but appears to still be in daily use.

On the same street. 80k miles between them and the Escort has done 2000 miles in 13 years!

Lovely bit of moss in the seals.

The sthole place I live in just tend to have Vectra C's with god awful body kits and VXR badges abandoned in front gardens of council houses.
I don't remember the Vectra C ever being a new car; they didn't exist at all and then suddenly ten year old ones with piss yellow headlights were everywhere tracksuit wearing mouthbreathers can be found. Do you think Vauxhall just let them all rot in a field for 10 years then sold them from franchises in Farm Foods for £400?

Weirdly both the Porsche and the blue MG have come back to life after an 11 year dormant period!

There are a lot of dreamers out there who buy something they can't really afford to run, it breaks, and then they have a head full of "one day I'll XYZ" as the thing rots outside their house.

You see it on the owners threads on here when someone comes in with a car 9/10ths of the way to the grave and bold "plans" and an obvious lack of ability/resources such that you have to consider them dreams rather than plans. You then get 2 pages of pictures of them cleaning it and changing the oil and filter and then all goes silent; those are the cars that later feature on this thread.

This has only been left alone for about 6 months but it looks like it has been mouldering for a decade!

Looks like an 18 plate? Blimey, that didn't have a very long run.

I'm guessing the no smoking sign means some brief, and no doubt merciless, usage as an Uber (or similar) of some description?
I think these are PCO taxis which maybe aren’t being used because of COVID? I regularly drive along the A5109 by Edgeware Community hospital and there are often tens of Priuses (Prii?) parked up in various state of disuse.
Parking under a tree makes anything look awful. Quick run through the car wash and that'll look fine again, it'll probably get a 90k mile haircut and be on a bombsite used car dealer as a "one lady owner, 25k mile" bargain hehe

Battered A3 has been dumped behind a petrol station with a flat tyre for a couple of weeks. Note on the window is from the petrol station saying if it’s not moved by next week it will be towed. On a 16 plate.

Thats still worth a fair bit of money surely?

No idea what the issue is here but I pass this several times each week on the school run and it makes me sad

Passed it's MOT in November 2019 with just 6,000 miles on the clock and then the MOT expired in 2020 and it's just sitting there, seems such a waste. I wonder if the vendor would trade it for some of the unwanted plant pots I've got out the front of my house?!
That is weird. Wonder if someone died??

Wouldn’t want to leave my car here..

Seems like an odd mix of what seems to be cars being broken and cars being dumped. Mind you, that is an odd way to leave your car, not even on bricks, just on the ground or on top of a random alloy, with bits of car just strewn around.

Take a look around, broken or dumped cars on every corner.
The Escort ghia directly in front of the camera and the Golf in the foreground look exceptionally tragic.

What an eyesore. The area looks horrid too.
