These are all actually within a few miles of each other. Wont be posting locations for obvious reasons

These 2 have been there for decades. Though recently the 405 disappeared and a sign has appeared in the window of the now worthless Granada saying "sensible offers welcome" So I doubt that's going anywhere soon

"I know what I have" laugh

This lot appeared in around 2012 and looked like they were runners back then. Not so much now

The Dolly, Sierra XR4 and Jag have been there for well over a decade as well.

Another 405 (and Land Rover) that hasn't moved for as long as I can remember.

Strange that?

If I drag the image up the road, the image appears/disappears and the date changes from July to August, or reverse.

While we're doing Peugeots, this one has now been sat at least 8 years.

Clean not green! From a distance - that looks tidy (apart from the flat tyre and odd bulge in the window rubber)

Spotted these up the road from me at the weekend.

The sad thing is they've all been there since at least 2008:

It can do that. Our allotments in one direction show 2009, under a different tennant. Turn around and it's a 2019 image showing our chicken palace

House and caravan very much give off the vibe of "I'll get around to it eventually".

For some reason I've found myself looking for a Citroen xantia (spelling?). Wonder are there many still in daily driving condition.

I like Xantias too. smile

I've driven a petrol auto estate on a bit of a road trip.

Perhaps it's the perspective, but the Focus doesn't seem a large car and BX appears smaller in comparison.

I've driven a petrol auto estate on a bit of a road trip.
A friend of mine used to have a Xantia for a while, I remember one winter day when we both went out to have fun with our cars in a snowy car park... Well I had fun anyway, he was slightly frustrated! (for those not in the know, the handbrake applies to the front wheels)

Indeed, and they used to roll away when the discs cooled down as a consequence!

I was going to post a pic of a 2 door E30 BMW which has been sitting unmoved and covered in dust in a driveway in our village for years. To my astonishment, I walked past the other day and there it was, bonnet up and engine running with the owner working on it!

There is always hope...
