There's a ford probe on my street. Definitely hasn't moved since Jan 2015 when I moved here and looks like for a good 5 years before that.

I pass this house in St Albans regularly; he went through a phase of having a Peugeot 309 GTI Goodwood parked on the kerb, but that's gone now.
The 205 & the quad-headlamp BX haven't moved in 11+ years. There was another BX in the middle, but that was replaced by the Capri about 10 years ago (and it hasn't moved since). The cover isn't there now, but...

What a totally bizarre situation! It strikes me as strange because clearly they will have been made more than a few offers on it and they probably won't sell because of some sentimental value or planning on getting it running again, if that's the case surely they would garage or protect it??!!!!!!!!

Blimey.. original - MOT expired 11 years ago.

I'd at least find a barn to hide it in, a few on PH classifieds for 250 - 300K

That's absolutely criminal, what type of Ferrari is it, 512?

Yes a 512

I thought it looked so bad / unbelievable it had to be some Fiero kit!

Don't think I've ever seen one in real life - just posters on my wall, and I think there was briefly a 512 in one of the Cannonball or Gumball movies (but not one of the main cars it was only a brief shot).

As said above - without covering it up that is going to attract a few knocks-at-the-door surely.

Another one for you fans of scabby Volvo estates. This is in my village and I'm pretty sure one or both of them haven't moved in the 8 years we've lived here.

512 BB if we are being pedantic (which apparently I am). That's a surreal sight though - I saw a few at the Ferrari Days Sunday Service event at Silverstone a few years back, but that's the only time I've seen them.

Arr - were all 512 models BB's then? I thought the BB was something extra special.. something to do with cam shafts, or styling.

Here’s another photo for your delectation. Sitting in a cul de sac in Gloucester apparently.

This is ridiculous.

Possibly the most ridiculous we’ve seen on this thread, overtaking the Boxster that was abandoned on purchase due to the bloke being locked up and the 17 plate Fiesta covered in moss with 12 miles on the clock.

They were - the series were called the Berlinetta Boxer, BB for short. The 365 GT/4 BB came first, followed by the 512.

I’ve lived here six or seven years and have never seen it move. It really has dropped off the motoring map and did so very early on in its life. Perhaps the owner actually wanted a manual? biggrin

Took a few more snaps, mainly of the greenery.

Going off the state of it, it's probably only got a handful of miles on it - driven back from the dealers and not used since.

There’s also a R class down the road. Been there for at least a year but not on streetview
Pass that house most days and I'd love to get my hands on that Merc! What's under that tarp? It's a Gilbern!

I see it’s been mentioned on here back in 2015. Doesn’t look very used since then.

Date tested
28 July 2007

Mileage
6,029 miles

Could be worth more than the house that it is parked next to.

Discussed here as well https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

Just looked up the MOT on the Fiesta, expired in May. 88 miles at it's first MOT last year.

Coombe Park BMW, Sorn in 2007, the original owners of the coombe park mansion had to leave after being evicted for losing their money. This car was left behind, being only a few years old the mileage must be one of the lowest around today. House is purchased, car is probably scrapped.

Nice pictures. I don't know what E number that BMW is (not a BMW geek) but it's my favourite shape, and a great colour. Shame it's being reclaimed by the spiders!
