It's specifically made as a compilation of women being thick. It doesn't just happen to be all women because they're more prone to acting like this, it's just trying to confirm someone's bias.

I can understand a moment's loss of concentration resulting in driving away with the fuel pump still in the car but I can't understand what the woman at 3.24 is trying to do. Is she trying to read something by the light of the flame?
