It's all on CAMRA! Undertaking on a roundabout and driving towards a car to get a clip. Classic.

Nob, I was already accelerating before he decided to change his mind......ever contemplated momentum ?

What I did do wrong was believe his indication and lane position.

Exactly the same thing, poor driving from the leading car, who only indicates they are changing to lane 2, indicator then cancelled but failed to indicate left off roundabout. BUT DCW puts themselves in harms way for no real benefit.
Many of these clips would be non events if only DCW would learn a bit of caution and self restraint. BUT oh no I have you on film you ****** !!!!!!! tard.

As this is far from similar to any of the simplistic pictures in your link, if plod had indicated left as he had entered the roundabout and taken lane 2 of the first exit DCW would have been totally screwed. DCW and you seem to live in a Janet and John simplistic world where there is no space for Prudence
As the saying goes if you repeat a lie often enough, after a while people will start thinking that it's true. By the rate you're going it'll take you at least another 20 pages for people to agree with your incredibly thick point of view.

No it's not. This hero was behind the MPV throughout 99% of the video and then decided that it will be cool to undertake him when it was clear as fk where the MPV was heading.

Rather than hitting the horn, the cam car should have just eased up a bit.

With modern technology and simulators being accessible for virtually nothing driving sims should be incorporated into driving test, with preprogrammed scenarios like these discussed here. Anyone unable to read the road correctly should be not allowed to have a DL or should have their DL taken away (during a compulsory retest every 5 years).

I hit the horn a long time after I hit (and came off) the anchors.

I did I accept react a little slow to his decision to change his mind from his indication and obvious (not it turned out) right turn position on the r-ab.

If we take out everyone who appears in a dash cam
plus everyone who has a dash cam
that should leave the roads clear for the rest of us driving

when i use roundabouts i stick to common sense rules.

allow hgvs room, hang back if needed.
never undertake or overtake
always watch the cars position not indicators
not speed, take it slow and steady
watch all mirrors around me
don't put myself in blindspots

that sort of eliminates most potential issues.

You're a rare breed. I do the same but most seem to put themselves in harms way and then bh and moan when harm occurs as if they are entirely blameless and surprised. It's fine to get annoyed but very little should surprise you when you're driving.

Are you saying you have never been cut up/had to brake at a two lane roundabout even when the lane 2 driver is/has indicated right ?

You are a rare breed indeed if you have not

He has so little understanding of what he is on about that he should just hand in his licence and give up driving, for his and everybody else's safety.

No, we both understand that the police car should have come off the roundabout in lane 2 and then changed lanes into lane 1 if it was clear to do so.
It is not complicated but you seem to struggle to understand it.

yes i get cut up, but because i have left a few meters back it doesn't effect me. i was always taught defensive driving, it is maybe a few seconds slower but saves months of hassle when i would have crashed into someone to prove a point.

take this roundabout i use everyday, people in the left lane always swing to centre when going straight across, so do i sit in the blind spot or just hang back. it is just common sense and this roundabout is very wide.
