When the clip was posted, I had my doubts about their claim the police car crashed. I assumed it was most likely halted for public safety given the absolutely reckless way they were trying to evade on very residential roads. Seems to have been mechanical failure.

Nothing like prison to wipe that smirk off their faces.

Why are you dribbling along (and the same to those in front) in lane 3 with nothing in lane 2? Doesn't excuse the Honda of course, but he's clearly frustrated. It was clear as day he was going to come back out yet you accelerate from 66mph to 74mph as he starts coming out.

DCW in wrong lane for first half of clip- inconsiderate, not dangerous.
DCW then gets upset when as a result of being in wrong lane someone passes him on the left and flashes lights- stupid, but not in itself dangerous.
Other guy braketests DCW- now that IS dangerous, regardless of obvious provocation.
