I'm seriously considering this (or one identical to it). So gorgeous it almost hurts to look at:

I was going to buy a Black 5.0 XKR with black pack / speed pack like below. What put me off was the fact that I think it is overpowered for the chassis, coming from a 997 C4S that had unbelievable cornering. No point having all that power if it is twitchy in the wet etc. I bought a Maserati Granturismo instead which is all about the looks & sound. If it holds its value OK I will try the Jag next I guess.

I think these are holding their money pretty well considering that the F type has been out quite a while.
Perhaps rarity helps, as they have never been exactly common.

Is it possible to transport two kids in the rear? One year old and a three year old?

Do the kids in question have detachable legs?

My 8 year old daughter fits in the back a treat, as long as my wife (5'5") sits in the front passenger seat. It's actually more problematic for younger children who need car seats, because iirc, there's not many that fit.

Every powerful rwd car I have driven is twitchy in the wet, putting 500hp down through two tyres even in the dry takes finesse

I've had the mother in law in the back of mine sat behind the wife in the passenger seat and she didn't complain wink They are both 5ft though. Even my brother in law who is 6ft has done a few short journeys and said it wasn't too bad.

This one looks ideal. Nice colour and lovely ivory/black interior.

If I could justify another car specifically to be used for Continental Europe road trips this might suit the bill.
