I'm sure he's got a smart-arse response ready and waiting in the chamber for us though
Can't wait to read it. Always ready for the next laugh, even if it is at the afflicted! I can't imagine what it must take in mentality to get so irritated by someones choice of wheel colour. You two are a couple of teenage girls when you get going.
It’s a good job there isn’t something important the majority of people disagree with you about.
Get over the fact that you are not cool kids and not neareveryone likes your choice invwherl colour.

Cayman is a great car - but aren't there any in a colour?
Silver/grey/black is just boring IMHO. And a car like that deserves better!
You can get them in bright colours. Bright red, some cool torquise, yellow. There’s a great orange called lava but think that’s only on GT cars. Not sure.Silver/grey/black is just boring IMHO. And a car like that deserves better!

Seems I like Black wheels! MX5 is now sold replaced with a GB270 which has black wheels as standard:I hadn’t thought about it before, until reading some of the comments, but black wheels are actually invisible to the eye until you get close enough. They could be a set of lightweight magnesium race alloys or a dodgy set of 90’s 3spokes and you just can’t tell from a normal distance.
It seems a waste of nice alloys to me.

I do agree! Silver/grey/black is just boring IMHO. And a car like that deserves better!
This was my last one, in Carmine red
None of the other colours floated my boat and GT silver is loveley.
As I’ve never had silver, or black wheels, I took the plunge.
I didn’t mean to be boring

Certainly can't make it look any worse
Honda have some balls, whilst VW and Mercedes cater for monotonous middle classes, Honda let a 6 year old design it and two fingers up to other manufacturers. culpz said:

As I've said, for me, unless you have a completely black car, an all black wheel, especially satin or matt in finish is the ultimate in ugly...for an option on modern motors, to pay for it to look worse is mind boggling...
Gunmetal, anthracite, provides enough contrast, whilst still allowing a design to shine through.

Wow, you said it again. I can only add that wow... it's worthy of a "wow"
I'd be grateful to be educated by those more hip than me as to what a car that's completely black is called though?
