How well does the windscreen/wind deflector work? Looks like your head is just above it in the pics, so do you look just over it and it moves the air over your head. Abit like a motorcycle screen?

What's it like not having a roof? I assume the insides are all waterproof, but can you just leave the car parked outside overnight in the rain, or do you have to plan trips around having underground parking?
Fair play for getting plenty of use from it.

The screen does a great job of deflecting the air over your head and eyeliner is just above it. Given the choice, I'd lower it another inch or two, but it's otherwise very effective and the cabin is relatively civilised.

It's mostly waterproof in there, but obviously the tablet isn't! When driving any rain mostly will hit the seat headrests (or your own head).... obviously I plan trips around the weather as much as possible as it takes a lot of concentration to keep 550'ish bhp on the road and when it's wet, that's not fun! And yes, I carry a rain cover in case I get caught out wink

I've been lucky enough to get a ride in this, around both the 'ring and Spa F1 circuit. I've chased it up and down German highways and Swiss mountains (That white heap behind it is my Renault 21 in the pic).

It's nothing short of a cataclysmic assault on the senses. Really. It's like riding a ballistic cruise missile. It hit 160mph down the Kemmel straight at Spa and I was like "F*ck, I haven't written a will".

The noise it makes should be issued every single ASBO ever.

And he built it in a single garage at home. There isn't even enough room to take all four wheels off at the same time because they're too wide biggrin
Its matching or better quality in most respects than a professionally built machine and it was put together in a shoebox.

Havoc - We are going to have some words my son wink

It's fine unless you're my size (6'6"), then you get the ultimate blow-dry/bug feast/concussion. But you don't even care biggrin

In 2009 I was the passenger in this 383 CanAm. 265 kmh on the Autobahn and pulling!

My daughter liked it!

Porsche 6 box made a very comfortable ride. The sound!
