Tell me you wouldn't bump it up the kerb.
Looks like he hasn't ... there's a dropped kerb just behind the car.
It's a long way to the next drop kerb. I'd be having kittens reversing down it the way it went up.
You were right, I was wrong. I went by again today and there is a tree in the way. He would have to reverse.

Lately I've seen,

An older chap in a Renault Twizy, on Sunday afternoon.
An older couple in a bright red Mercedes W124 convertible, that they probably had since new.
A red Gen 2, Toyota MR2 T top.
A black 65 reg Porsche Cayman GT4 with a novice track day X sticker on the rear bumper.
A Mk1 Ford Granada in black.
New / current Toyota Supra in pearl white.

Granted. Not supercars, but not everyday sights.

Adam.

I have concluded this topic is more interesting with pics, rather than just a list of cars you have seen smile

It’s a rental. Video link on the Yorkshire spotted thread to her pulling out on him.

Ha, just seen that. I like the way she just bumped into him fairly gently and almost came to a stop, but then kept her foot in and drove up over the front of the Lambo.

i suspect the agreement will cover them adequately.

A work colleague of mine once won a murcielago for a day in some kind of work competition. He didn't end up taking it up, as they wanted £5k from him up front as damage collateral!

Don't they usually want a credit card with a large amount, like you said £5k to cover anything?

I remember years ago when I worked at a dealers, a Gallardo came in and we ended up fitting a new engine.
It was a rental, was the roughest car I've ever seen. Black rims touched up in big amounts with marker pen, whole thing a mess.
The owners were shady people and ended up taking the car away without paying the substantial bill.

You gave the car back to them before they paid the bill?

I won a competition in the local paper with Ecurie25 Supercar Club about 2010. They wanted £5000 transferred into a holding account before I even turned up at their place. Being a student back then I didn't have that amount to hand and told the paper I couldn't risk it. So I the end I got nothing as the paper said I refused to accept the prize and a few months later Ecurie25 closed their Northern Ireland place.

Because if you have a photo of a car you can work out where it is, then arrange to steal it.
