I’m working at a factory in Swindon. I am sick of the sight of the new civic type r and the new estate version.

Hmm sadly I think it's just 'normal' hybrid. Saw the Clarity badge and thought "woah, a Clarity! hydrogen fuel cell, Must post on PH!!" but turns out the 2018 model has different versions

A black Jensen Interceptor northbound on the A34 near East Ilsley at lunchtime. The conditions weren't ideal and there was a lot of salt. That's a lot of 'I don't care.'

What was on at Oulton today?

I had a feeling it might've been a Porsche track day and had half a mind to go down and see what was on show but didn't bother.

It was the annual "RS Day", which is the unofficial start of the track day season for the UK Porsche track day community. Everything Porsche and track friendly might turn up for that one and if it isn't on track then it probably will be in the car park. I didn't go this year, but if you like your pork then there would have been plenty to see (everything from stripped out 944s to contemporary RSs and the occasional Cup car. Usually things to interest the casual supercar spotter in the car park too).

Stumbling around Bangkok the other day I passed a used car lot and spotted a bunch of interesting things parked at the back.

BMW 850 Koenig KS8

Tried to find out a little more info on the Koenig 850, seems that some were supercharged (some maybe turbo?) but no idea on numbers built or any more on this orange one.

Ford Thunderbird thats probably seen better days

Ginetta G32. Strange one with the reg, especially in Bangkok. Reg check comes back as a Kia. I'm not sure what the story is.

that's a pretty cool little find as bangkok isn't typically known for being a petrolhead mecca, import duties they were they were and probably still are. I've got a mate over there who has an early 80s E-class which he bumbles around in occasionally and that stands out massively against the scooters and pink taxis.

It's odd, there is an interest in cars here, just look at taxi's and tuk tuk's with aftermarket wheels and other tat stuck on them. But to find something that is tasteful is a different matter. Occasionally you do spot classics and other enthusiast cars but the when you compare it to the amount of traffic on the roads then I suppose they are a bit few and far between.

I refrained from posting these before as they're not 'super rare' when compared to some of the other things that get posted in this thread. But for BKK they certainly make you stop and look.

Again, all found behind used car lots.

It is an RE Amemiya kit which is definetly inspired by a 911. Maybe the actual light fittings are from a 911.

Apparently the rear lights are from a Mosler MT900

The standard RX-7 is such a pretty car why would anyone do that?

Correction, why would anyone spend a lot of time, effort and money doing that?
