Supercars spotted, some rarities (vol 7)
Discussion
They are pretty indistinguishable. The biggest giveaway is the fact that you actually see one - the real ones rarely come out of their airconditioned garages.
Chesil are probably the best known UK-based manufacturer.

Seeing photos of those old Porsche's reminded me of a friends car. I'm assuming it's a replica as it doesn't live in an air conditioned storage unit but he's a bit eccentric so wouldn't surprise me if it was real. He's got a few others including a 1982 Porsche 911 Turbo S in white all living in a shed at the end of his garden!

I saw this a couple of days ago on New Bond Street in London. Parked outside the IWC watch shop (behind it's own velvet rope!), presumably it is the Merc 300 SL that David Coulthard will race at Goodwood this weekend. It is stunning and I nearly fell off my bike as I went past. No-one else gave it even a second glance...

I couldn't say for sure, but that's a cabriolet not a Speedster, and I'm not sure you can get replicas of cabrios. Therefore my vote is that it's a genuine Porsche 356 Cab.Edited by ashleyman on Friday 5th April 13:28

Alfa Romeo GTV6 3.0
A total of 200 3.0 GTV6 were built in South Africa for homologation purposes for racing in the SA Saloon Car Racing series. Engine size was upped from the usual 2.5, which in turn required a larger bonnet to accommodate the new carbs amongst other modifications to the standard car.
This one I saw in Munich in a slightly pink white appears to have been modified a bit more than standard with a stripped interior, cage and more.

In the same spot as last weeks GTV6, guess the guy has an interest in racing Afla's.
