That's wonderful. Has anyone more details about it?
Did you not try goog...... never mind. smile
biggrin

It was made by a company called Local Motor in the US. Fully bespoke Dakar style off roader, seriusly good off road. Does the same sort of stuff as an F150 Raptor, high speed off road stuff, 6.2 litre LS V8 which sits well behind the front axle, you can almost see how deep the dash is because of it.

Apparently made that way for weight balance so they don't flip when jumping. You had to help build the car yourself at the factory to get around certain laws in the US, this one was I believe imported a few years back.

Sadly Local Motors now makes autonomous electric pods! <facepalm>

Clay model to early 2020 release. TVR could learn from that...

VERY derivative, but still cohesive. And they've a good track-record...

That looks fairly dull, it's like an old MP4-12C with the front bumper chopped off.

Since it's school report season I'd give it a C- = could do better

The thought that somebody who runs a 250 California would use some grubby backstreet MOT merchant as an early warning system for impending issues just to save £50 is as amusing as it is horrifying.
maybe some grubby johnny foreigner in a police uniform might not find it so amusing when you take your classic abroad

Not a supercar but rare I might hazard. Rust is taking its toll but what a wondrous fantasy!

Note the R129 hiding behind and being ignored for once.

Apologies for being a middle aged iPhone Luddite. No doubt some youngster can turn the Earth on its side for me.

Saw this Frankenstein's monster in Camber Sands over the weekend....

EDIT: If this is an original, it's one of 3 factory commissioned Coupe Shooting Brakes worth knocking on for £400k.

Reg checks out...not sure why it wouldn't be an original as I wouldn't want to ruin a normal Aston to create...this...
