All this talk of W111 reminds me of this great little video of a guy who owns a 280SE coupe!

(seems to have a few other decent cars too in the background!)

Are they advertised anywhere?
Nope. He buys them and either waits for a knock on his door or he takes them to an auction. He probably has about 150k just sat on his driveway waiting to be sold. He also has an immaculate celica on a k plate & a huge 8ltr motorhome...... Just to name a few.

Almost soiled my unders when this exact RUF CTR 2 (F15 RUF) sauntered past me driving Mum's old auto Suzuki WagonR this AM heading Eastbound on the M4. Unfortunately the missus was unable to get a photo for me and no amount of fast peddling was enough to keep up. She must have thought I was mad, the reaction I had to seeing it. Anyway, I salute you Mr Driver!

Strangely, I saw a Cavalier SRI a few days ago but couldn't get a pic as driving.

You certainly don’t see them nowadays so I’d call it a rarity.

Recently taxed and MOT’d with a decent history for 161,000 miles on the clock.

Nice to see it being well cared for.

Are exclamation marks common on MOT reports?!!!!!

A few from Goodwood... I’ll try and get the pictures of the Huayra, etc uploaded.

Although they weren’t in the wild.
