how do you get out of the Jannarelly if it lands on its roof?

You could say the same about any super car with upward opening doors. At least with this car the detachable roof would probably get ripped off anyway. So it would be like crashing a convertible. I suppose the best advice would be to avoid turning it over.

Most have explosive charges to pop the doors off these days don't they?

I had a Murcielago when they first came out and recall seeing some horrific accident photos from a rolled one that caught fire - but I believe the door designs subsequently changed.
