Hi there

Ok so the Cullinan can divide opinions, this probably won’t help to change the mind of the haters

I didn't realise Kermit had that sort of cash to splash. That's the muppet fame money coming through.
I doubt any amount of kissing woukd turn that frog into a Prince. What a visually abhorrent vehicle.

It doesn't need to be attractive, it just needs to be imposing, and they are very large.

Anti style? Interesting concept, and yes, you are probably right. The Joneses would need a Lear Jet to compete!!

What an odd comment. Are you 3?
Ditto. I'm guessing you're a very old man.

I don't even think it's about anti-style. It's about "Mine's bigger than yours". That might go against 'traditonal ' Rolls Royce values, but it doesn't go against today's Rolls Royce customers' values.

I'd have thought that would be right up your street - you could tell people hand on heart that you have a 'green' car! LOL

Since the BMW era, Rolls Royce have all been rather "get-out-of-my-way-little-man" in terms of their scale and their imposing palisade of a grille.

My idea of a green car is slightly different than both that abomination and the stereotypical 'green car/prius internet meme. I hold the big Bentley suv in similar distaste, although I do like some of the big BMW's including the x6 and x7...so, before someone else says it, who am I to be the arbiter of taste!!

That Rolls has moved the game on significantly in terms of looking utterly disgusting
The Bentley was bad enough. The Maserati one is hideous, te Aston is heinous.

The Lambo one actually looks tasteful & the Porsche one OK too by comparison

Range Rover is the only acceptable option

Yeah, pre-BMW they used to really blend in
I dont mind the Phantom, the convertible would be one of my lottery cars (this week!!) , and I think Rolls has cornered the market for brutal elegance rather better than anyone else. But the suv? Na, not my cuppa

No picks I'm afraid, but in Sutton Coldfield there was a elderly gentleman driving a beautiful AC Ace, roof down in the sunshine early this evening smile

Do you ever not jump to the defence of Porsche?
Yup many times. Read the Porsche GT threads.

Whilst the GT2 RS admittedly has a few faults it overall is an awesome package which in many ways is hard to beat.

I speak as someone who has owned lived with biggrin: and driven one extensively as opposed to a forum armchair expert btw lol.
You talk such bks Walter. How long did you ‘own’ your GT2 RS for? And any danger of a photo? You be been called out on this before and almost six months later still no photo or registration.

I agree with previous posters, what great photos! It doesn't hurt that Edinburgh in the sun is so damn photogenic too.

1922 Rolls Royce

I know the owner/ driver - nice guy - only in his 30's and that car gets driven frequently!
