Bristol were obsessed with storing the spare behind the front wheel. Badly compromising the proportions in this area imho.

Hideous looking cars Bristols, particularly the Blenheim with its Vauxhall Senator tail lights, however I do get a bit excited when I see one on the road and they all seem to be driven/owned by a certain old money type person.

Don't Google Bristol Blenheim. You'll need a long lie down if you think the 411 is bad.
Um, I did and found this. What am I doing wrong?

My internet isn't working well today.
There is both a Blenheim car AND a Bristol Blenheim bomber. Adding the word car to the search sorts it.

I know these are highly regarded on this thread.
Just how classy does that look compared to a M3?

A good friend has one...it's a cracking car, nicely fitted out inside, with a surprisingly decent ride for the power it's got and the wheel size/sidewall size.

Alpina favour ride comfort over handling.

Yet it steered rather nicely still, and you could feel the willingness of the back end to succumb to 500lb-ft of torque if you wanted it to...

...and given the well-documented issues the F80 had in damp weather or less-than perfect tarmac, has M-Division focused too much on track behaviour* and not enough on the right road-manners?

* Who, other than journos, takes an 1800kg car on track regularly???

Judging by the location, could that belong to a certain 'shoe cowboy' for those on social media, and for the very old PH'ers the original 'custard' test PHer?

The owner of the red one, a friend, was telling me how rare these are.... we stopped for petrol and another one turned up.

To be fair there are only 42 RHD examples, and not all of them will be in the UK, so they are certainly rare!

I love the 550 Barchetta.

Apologies, 'Chaussurescowboy' on Instagram, incredible car collection, not just the latest hypercars/trinkets, if I am right, he's the original 'Custard test' circa 12+ years ago on here, claimed to have all sorts of rare cars (BMW bat mobile/911 RS/pug 205 T16) no one believed him, he then dropped loads of photos of the cars in a barn with custard packets all over them.

Thank you. smile

I guess that was before my time on PH, and I don't do Instagram.

I thought Jason Potato was the original custard test.

I've tried googling it, but I am rubbish, think custard was 7 plus years before Plato, this guy had increadible reg plates on his cars too. like 'A 911' etc.
