Have just looked it up and I think you're right! It definitely looked nicer than the usual but I couldn't put my finger on why, the dish on the wheels was so deep you could eat your dinner off it smile

It's a Mazda RX7. The wife had one in the same colour. It may even be her old one.

Saw a BMW Z8 today near Leatherhead - had the numberplate 28 8MW. No photo unfortunately but well done that man.
I see that often. Seems to be a daily driver so full PH points to the owner.

Oh nice! I wonder if the owner knows (or cares) how much his daily is worth these days! The styling is a bit marmite but they've aged beautifully to my eyes.

Ride height at the rear looks wrong.

Lovely car in the best colour combination imo
Lovely car but the wheels don't fit the arches properly.

That's just old cars, take a look at Aston Martins from the 70's and 80's for instance :rolf:

Fantastic photos, I haven't seen a 512BB in the flesh for years, though do have fond memories of being driven round Donington Park at one of the Ferrari Test Days organised by Graypaul Motors in several of them in the late 1980s, including one particular black 512 BB reg number JHW 3 fitted out with massive Pirelli P7 tyres that went remarkably fast thanks to the enthusiastic (some might say over-enthusiastic!) driving by the owner, who I later found out owned a Ferrari dealership later sold to Nigel Mansell, I think his name was John Woodward but I might be mistaken. If anyone on here knows the guy can you let him know I still have the photos of the 512 in the pits after the spin with steam pouring off it and could email them over to him. Fantastic day out and a great memory.

I see one every so often in Guildford (not far from leatherhead at all), particularly parked up at the local Aldi, it too has a private plate but not 28 8MW.

I love the look of them, however I never thought that they looked as expensive as they where when new, now though they are worth far more.

Cheating a little I admit taken at a dealer and everything, but it's the first I've seen. Looked very purposeful. AMG GT-R

2 x BMW z8's in Abu Dhabi. Both an absolute mess and someone has been allowed to paint pictures on them with brushes

That's not a Singer.
I questioned him too, but he said it was... because of the RSR fuel cap, the mad rear arches and what looks like the recaros that are often fitted I thought it could be, but something doesn't look quite right.

Care to enlighten?
