A Ford GT used to park expensively in the road on Eastbourne Terrace in Paddington. I wondered who it could be. The owner turned out to be running a grimy one man band Bureau de Change in a microscopic kiosk on Praed Street. You wouldn't have thought he had two happence to rub together.

I think I'm right in saying that he could have parked in Audley Square car park behind The Dorchester for less than parking all day in the road in Paddington. A bit of exercise too, walking to work.
