Anybody used Bark.com

Well I've signed up to this site as they have clients looking for dog walkers (they can find leads for any business) and as I run a dog walking business it looked ok.............. so I have sent quotes to 2 people looking for a walker, 1st one said she will get back to me, heard nothing after a week, 2nd one went to voicemail left 2 messages heard nothing, 3rd one advertised yesterday and I quoted yesterday, rang her today and she's seen another walker today and he's hired!!!
So now me cogs are whirring as each quote costs me £3.96 and I'm not convinced the leads are genuine?
Anybody else used them to find a supplier or has got a lead through them?

Despite having never signed up I get leads through from Bark - obviously trying to get me to sign up. The leads are laughable - complete company rebrands for £150. Design & build an ecommerce site, user back end, forum capability, including SEO for £200.
