Not really. Everyone knows the RUF Yellowbird is the ultimate answer for women who want men ... even if I never posted it!

Of all the cars i've ever driven or been in, and i've been in a lot of cars, and some extremely nice ones at that, this pile of cr*p was the single biggest head turner of the opposite sex:

It's a VW SplitScreen Crew cab.

i have no idea why, it was awful in every respect, but god good, the chicks loved it!

Most women are not interested in cars or bikes.

They might like an SUV with a posh badge but thats about it.

Does anyone really think that any car will make you more attractive to the opposite sex?

Great wealth on the other hand - well proven track record.
A car can be a great indicator of wealth can it not? A gold digger will recognise a nice car, nice watch, designer clothing etc etc
A very unreliable indicator.
Very reliable indicator of the propensity to spend and the chances of getting some of that consumer action.

Became single, bought a Porsche. Pulled a stunner, got married.

Wish I bought a ford.

i am afraid that a car does not come any where close to the powers of a french bulldog, in the 5 months we have had ours i have never spoke to as many people as i have when i've been out with this thing.

The type of person impressed by cars will go for any new Merc/BMW/Audi doesnt matter which version as long as its got AMG, M Sport and S Line badges on it
Indeed, one of my friends when I turned up to see her in my then new 5 series 520d sport (hardly a fanny magnet but it wasn't supposed to be - it was for getting me to munch motorway miles not muff) all she could ask was why I didn't get a black Audi because all she ever wanted was a black Audi.

Note the absence of any model denomination, A3 or A8 didn't matter, just the badge and the colour...

I'd say a merc pagoda sl. The r107 also qualifies but isn't as nice. Women love classy roadsters and look sexy as hell when driving them.

I know so many people who think RUF is what a dog says....and have no clue about the car, and would probably mistake it for any old Porsche (assuming they know what a Porsche is)

It's that small room at the front of the house where you keep the umbrellas.

colin2296fs - you're right! A Frenchie will definitely attract attention - people adore their crinkly little faces and sticky-up bat ears. Such friendly and intelligent little things - but try getting them to go out in the rain...

Although I saw one on Kingsway on Monday but for the wrong reason. Some pushy bizwoman-in-a-hurry was dragging the poor little thing along by collar and lead with its neck at an angle. It just wanted to be a puppy doing what puppies do and she was giving it no attention whatsoever - the little dog looked so utterly sad and dejected.

As for cars? Mk2 Zephyr with bench seat and column shift! But try cornering when one of your hands is elsewhere than on the steering wheel!

We've got two pugs, same thing. Women seem incapable of just walking past.

I think it depends on the type of woman you want to attract. If you want someone townie/incredibly generic, then a 3 door Audi A3 will appeal to the widest demographic of women. It doesn't even have to be an S3 or a S-line. Someone with intellegence/class might appricate you driving something somewhat classical like a rover/austin mini.

as for chavs i'm not sure, they are more interested in iphones then cars these days. Obviously if you are a powerfully built director that can deadlift 200kg+ then a range rover will attract every single essex female that was unable to complete their GCSEs.

I have two Frenchies, forever getting stopped by people asking for pictures, as above, nevermind a car, buy a small cute dog.

90% of posts on here are so far off the mark.

supercars, porsches, RRs really do not appeal to women. Other blokes maybe, but not women.
