I'd be sticking a genuine sensor on it after load testing the wiring.

Did you fond something about The sensor?i Have The same problem with a car in garage,The owner put a second-hand enigine and come to our garage to see what is The engine light, and fix another problems,

Have new sensor ,car starts ok , p0340 CODE, i will test IT with can clip tomorow and se If IT has some reseting on The sensor
