With respect, how do you that cheap finance is to blame?

Also a nutter like that would just as easily have wrecked himself in a £10K M3 or a £3K Clio 197.
All of us have had some moments when young but in a less powerful car we mostly all lived to tell the tale.

He could have put his foot down for the same amount of time in something slower but likely got out of shape at a slower speed, 22 is too young for that sort of power imo and he would probably treat it better if he owned it outright (I'm guessing it's on lease).
I agree but its a bit of a leap to pretty much to be holding it up as "yet another example of the wrongs of cheap finance deals - it all ends in tears!"

I wonder what a 22 year-old does to have an M2. Presumably not a graduate, as they tend to leave university at 22 with big debts, but what sort of job lets you leave school at sixteen or eighteen nowadays and earn enough for what's close to £50k once you put some options on it.
I worked from the age of 17 as a courier earning £450/week and then became a bar manager at 19 on roughly £30k/year. Enough money and the M2 would not have been out of reach, especially with the finance options you can now get. (I stuck to an £8k rx8 biggrin )

The approach to the section, look behind as well for a bit of straight road to get up speed.

I couldn't even insure a car that did 0-60 in 4s when I was 22! Must be fair whack for someone that age. It doesn't compare with a hot hatch (Clio 197) in performance terms.

Looks to be some sort of golfer, Probably with the help/backing of daddy. Had an Audi A3 before he had a licence going by his f/b account.

Hope the Police, and Insurance see this video.

Can you explain your reasoning?

That's crazy.
I'm not shocked he crashed at that speed.
If you go though the Facebook, there are a few videos.

I'm 25 and I think a M2 would be a bit of a stupid idea.

Clearly not driving to the conditions/far too fast.. why should we pay for his idiot behaviour?

First picture in is him having left a huge 11 on the road to see off his "old tyres"

Matter of time by the looks of it.

And comments along the lines of how he got into the car or his job is so PH. Doesn't come in to it. Young lad driving past his capability is all that matters here.

Hell of a fancy school there.

Looks like it gave him some great ideas though.

As you have stated the road before the entrance "where the Porsche 918 was sitting" is basically straight for a few miles as the corners are nice and open.

I would have no doubt that he would have been travelling at 100 mph plus when passing the Porsche.

This road was resurfaced the last time I attended the car meeting as there was a speed limit due to the stones on the road. The section he went off is under trees which can still have damp patches on a warm day.

The unbelievable part about the accident is that he drove along that road at least once at speed before the accident so he must have know what that corner was all about before appearing again at a faster rate of knots.

How someone could still attack that part of road knowing there are people at the side of the road and the fact other cars are exiting the event but still pass at that speed really needs the book thrown at him.

In fact I have seen less get jail but if he is not short of cash it will result in a big fine.

6 day old Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres on judging by his last Instagram post with a road that looks damp and driving at speed like that.

Can't say I'm surprised.

I don't get that either - what about if you go bankrupt? Should your parents be liable for any cock up you ever make? confused
