Was tempted, but looks like it must have sold, as ad gone. Anyone here bought it?https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202104010...

I'm posting this car here, but it's in America and will probably go over 5k in £ or $. It's the Nissan Pao owned by Regular Car Reviews on Youtube. The auction was posted around an hour ago, it's $2000 now, 20 minutes ago it was $500.

I like Nissan Pao, in a 2cv, Original Fiat Panda or Renault 4 kind of way (I think the design is vaguely based on a Renault 4?). An basic bare minimum car.
Just sold for $8,534.https://carsandbids.com/auctions/KZn6MG5A/1989-nis...

That is absolutely brilliant. I love the way the Japanese made such esoteric stuff. Great spot. KTMsm said:
Hmm look at little closer and look at the alternatives
I looked at them for either my Mum or my daughter and found there are far better alternatives, it's cheap / basic / ugly the only reason to buy one is if you need a newer car for work reasons, the CRV, RAV4, Jeep etc alternatives are just better
Yeah, but are they group 6, as clean and tidy, same mileage etc? Get it bought and put some alloys on it, and he'll be happy as Larry.I looked at them for either my Mum or my daughter and found there are far better alternatives, it's cheap / basic / ugly the only reason to buy one is if you need a newer car for work reasons, the CRV, RAV4, Jeep etc alternatives are just better

Me neither but everything points to an import; the fairly mundane looking alloy wheels, automatic gearbox and the narrow number plate recess front and rear
I do wonder what it looks like with the roof down
Yep, confirmed by the AT ad stating 'import' just below the top right price (not a jibe, easily missed)I do wonder what it looks like with the roof down

I like stuff like the WillVi, the Pau, Figaro, Viewt, S Cargo and so on, there's loads of them, even a miniature H van and VW bus.
Had loads of Figaro and a couple of Pao pass very briefly in my possession. I would like a Pao, but Jesus they're slow!Edited by 21st Century Man on Monday 5th April 20:04
I like the original Cube as well, they're funky little things

I sold my late fathers Felicia Touring GLXi, I really wish I hadn't. You can buy parts to convert it to a VAG turbo engine. Would have been hilarious..........I think.
Anyone who knows me or has seen my posts knows I'm an ST170 fanboy, but at £3k I just think there's better cars out there. ST170's are definitely on the up though

Plus points.....1 owner from new , apparently , I do like a car that hasn't been sold every 5 minutes .https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Focus-ST170/124659...
Low point......Service history complete up to 42000 , what about the bit up to 76000 miles ?
It's not a surprise the 170 is on the up , next best thing to the RS on the MK1 Focus and that ship sailed long time ago .

This looked very appealing until I saw the wrong bumper fitted and found out its a cat n. Top car but that bumper would bug the hell out of me
