You'd think someone who could afford something like that (not a clue what it is, wouldn't want one as a gift) would take a bit of pride in their competence behind the wheel, not prove to all and sundy they don't have the foggiest.

Rubbish, you can clearly see it's a Ferrari and you would be over the moon if someone gave you one as a gift.

Not disabled. Just a lazy cow.

Came back to this. On the plus side it meant they parked away from my car.

Not recognising a Ferrari on a car forum, means you go into the "council pot".

Nice car, not so nice parking! Waitrose car park in High Wycombe.
Hardly the point of this thread I know, but presumably parked that way to minimise chance of damage. At least it is straight;)

Yes but he could have parked where me and an Alfa did literally 20 yards away in fully empty rows.

Or he's a car enthusiast, not a wallet and gaudy watch enthusiast? hehe

A car enthusiast who can't recognise a Ferrari by either shape or logo? Seems to have become the way of PH over the years.

Or, could it be like me who did recognise it was a Ferrari but didn't know what model it was?

Thing is, i'm simply not interested in ridiculously expensive Italian or similar sports cars, the badge means nothing to me.
The last Italian sports car i liked was the De Tomaso Pantera.
Others enjoy such cars and nothing wrong with that either.

Now offer me a 2018 on Toyota Century as a gift and i'm in, it's handsome without brash to my eyes, others will feel different

We're all different, it doesn't make anyone right and me wrong or vice versa, we just see things differently.
Hope that clears up why i wasn't enthusing over the Italian jobbie seemingly abandoned in the car park.

Nothing wrong there.

If he parked normally, I doubt the doors would open properly without hitting another car.

really? If that's a 488 it's still less than 2m wide.
Can any car almost two meters wide just take up two bays?

So over the moon, he forgot how to park.

Not so much that car width, its the low wide doors and low seats.
Making it difficult to get in and out.
If one was to bang a car next to it, while in a 488, I'm sure people would make your life really difficult.

I'm still not following the logic here, so if you bought yourself a slightly impractical car you're allowed to inconvenience other people by taking up two spaces?
I get that it might be harder to get in or out of, but it's still parking like a tt.
Basically you're agreeing with this guy?

Anyway, I don't mind it that much, I love these people keeping a spot for the Twizy wink.

So let me get this straight, the cockwomble buys himself an obnoxiously large, garish piece of tat and excuses his tt like parking because he chose to buy a large garish piece of tat, yeah?

wker.

You have to be four ways of stupid to buy a car that you KNEW was going to cause door opening problems in a standard parking pay and THEN have the idiocy to blame everyone else for not being a dick.

YOUR choice YOU compromise.
