My village is full of this. I've not been to any place with a higher quantity of selfish pavement parking dheads. The irony is the majority of perfectly good driveways but often 2 to 3 vehicle per house and they can't be arsed with the morning Tetris routine.

Would have looked before posting.
I can think of more realistic bullst excuses, than failing to display a blue badge, when you or your passenger are disabled.
