Needed a charge to get to next destination but had to elsewhere.

I'm going out on a limb here but the s that *appear* not to be disabled at my David Lloyd all seem to drive BMW's.

I say this on the basis that you can spot the fkers getting out of their cars and looking about a bit. They don't have blue badges, nor is anyone with them that they might be carers for and they always try and make it acceptable by parking in the spaces furthest from the door, just in case, you know, a proper disabled needs it innit?

Tonight it was exclusively beemers, four of them regularly but if it's not them it's the s in the ranger rover sports. You know, the self entitled type that doesn't want to get wet. Or display a badge.

Boils my piss.

Sticks.

Have you tried complaining to the gym? Or leaving feedback?

I wouldn't say it's BMWs at my gym, but for a while from 3.30 they're all taken.

I have. They do have stickers to put on them but I don't think they like to use them as it might upset the paying alpha male customers. I've even suggested that I'd do it for them if they don't like doing it.

I've asked them if their blue badge has slipped down before and they just grunt and drive off.

After all, there's loads of empty disabled spaces mate, what's your problem?

Yeah, that. You're dead right.

Sticks.

Thanks for making the effort. There are three at my gym, and a member of staff needs one,

The red car with L plates had been waiting to leave the pub car park where I now am. She was indicating left, but turned right and went to park there.
Because she had L plates on - but was actually unaccompanied - I went over and said, "this is a really, really bad place to park"
"Why?

oh, let me count the ways
- solid white line
- right on top of a level crossing
- other side of level crossing the road drops steeply, so cars overtaking parked numpty, and already parked numpty in the black car are crossing a level crossing on the wrong side of the road with little visibility of cars coming the other way. Genius.

"but I'm only going to be here a couple of minutes" [continues texting]

Further up the road which was built long before anyone owned a car so is absolutely chocca, there are always three cars parked on the pavement. Two of them squeeze into the wall, one parks on the edge of the pavement so it's effectively blocked.

This BMW belongs to the owners of the bungalow. They park it on the verge either side of my mum's drive.
It's not about who owns what outside the front of the house, it's that it makes getting out of my mum's house - at the top of a hill - bloody difficult and has ruined the verges. God I hate people.

One of my pet hates is morons ruining verges. What an idiot.

I work near a garage. For some reason, people that work there think parking all over the verges outside is absolutely fine. The verges look like the one in your pics now.

Browsing through some vids, guy in the states parked in a disabled bay without a badge gets fined over $1000 bet he won't do that again.

I really hope you reported that one to the police.
I'd never actually do it, but the little devil inside me would love to see something done to that car to make the owner realise what a plank they are.
I'd love to plasma cut 4ft from the middle of that !

I don't live here and this isn't bad parking. But imagine having to live near this selfishness.

I was tempted to either drag the bins round the corner, or throw them over the fence onto the railways property (where they can't be retrieved) but unfortunately I frequent this road a lot. First time I have seen this though.

I moved the bin away from my car so I could leave the spot I was parked in.

It may be a one off eg skip due in the morning.

I'm amazed that my opposite neighbour doesn't do that, given how often he shuffles his three cars around just to reserve 1 spot.

Just having a clear-out...

(There isn't a big job on here, it's a weekend dumping ground for company vans)

Miles from kerb, on hatchings next to a sign telling people not to park in hatchings and partially blocking the disabled space:

Wider shot, they are from number 5 and presumably weren't up to the extra walk:

It's a residential street the you frequent a lot, but you don't live there? Are you one of those people who catch the train to work, or work nearby, but would rather park outside someone's house rather than coughing up for a car park? As it seems to me that the residents of this street are fed up of random inconsiderate people parking in their road preventing them parking outside their own houses.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but that's my interpretation.

I’m visiting a relative who lives there using unrestricted (on a Sunday) on the street parking in a marked out bay. Even if I was a commuter and parking there I wouldn’t actually be doing anything wrong.

This road isn’t near a station and the bay is permit only between 9-5 on a weekday and free on a weekend.

Fair enough, I stand corrected. I know know how protective people can get over 'their' spaces, and this seemed typical of that type of reaction.

Are those union flag stickers on the rear lights, or a weird reflection?

Edited to add: regardless of the answer, they are parked like an absolute stroker. It makes one want a comedy pair of shoes with (water soluble) paint on the soles to leave a trail of footprints up and over the car.

They probably think that as they own the house means that they own the space outside in the road ...... no.

Picture won't display for some reason on my phone so no idea what the car is, if it's a new BINI though they've face lifted it to have Union Jack flag tail lights.
