Nothing gained by parking on the pavement anyway, only one vehicle can pass at a time but creates a pinch point for pedestrians. Access only road? Speed bump/strip in the background.

Yeah that's got 'private' written all over it. A man in an Aygo with an amber beacon will appear out of nowhere to slap a ticket on it.

fking hell. How thick are these people?
Certainly, the one who parked there second.
"But I always park there, he shouldn't have parked opposite" will have been the logic I bet.
I reckon you are dead right.

Inconveniencing everyone else won’t even be a consideration.
The Berlingo driver could have been parked first, but is facing the wrong way and parked on the pavement.
Absolutely not. That van was there 2nd and he knew it was tight as he flipped in the wing mirror.

This kind of thing makes my piss boil, bad enough when its an Amazon van that's there for 2 minutes, this I just can't comprehend.

This morning and as per usual, I would say 10 houses up behind me, there was plenty of space to park to the left of the picture, there was also a similarly parked car behind me and others which were a little better parked with actual clear pavement, but again plenty of space a bit further up, people are so fking lazy!

Judging by the state of the lawns in that picture I'd agree.

It doesn’t matter what car it is in Small Heath.
A lawless area.
Even the police get run out of town if they dare challenge anyone.

Looks ok, right?

No tax.
No MOT.
No insurance.
Coming back to this, I’ve dug up some old CCTV and it turns out, that car had been there since at least the beginning of February! It’s amazing what you don’t notice.

So as well as reporting it to for no insurance/MOT/tax, I’ve also now reported it to the council as abandoned. Whether it’s been dumped by the owner, or nicked and dumper, who knows? But our council is pretty good at shifting abandoned cars.

Did they park there whilst they when and do their shopping, or just to load up? If the latter, I don’t really have a problem with it. May have been loading something heavy or be of limited mobility.

If that is their trolley in the picture, I doubt they have bought a Piano or extremely heavy object.

So, I DO have a problem with it. They should use a normal space and wheel their trolley over just like everyone else is doing (by everyone else, I mean the people parked in normal spaces).

I sometime load at the pick up point, when some scroat hasn't parked there and buggered off shopping.
