One from my recent trip to Switzerland:-
Parked on a pathway, next to disabled space.

Read into it as you wish, basically just bad parking, even rollers there were in the bays.

Absolutely no excuse for that, he could have parked in the left hand bay with 2 wheels on the grass and protected the car without looking like a complete teewat.

Looks as though the Discovery Sport and Audi Q3 are parked over the lines too.

Sorry Hackney, I don't follow.
I was slightly off the mark with the "apt user name" comment but you said "epidemic proportions" which is a mix of two things: an epidemic or epic proportions.

Hope that clarifies.

Don't worry. Its not you that is a few sandwiches short. wink.

He is that guy who was very well known for putting up consecutive posts on the knob thread about other people pulling out/cutting him up at junctions and roundabout's.. and then on another thread lectured people contributors about their unnecessary over use of indicators.

Ergo... You are supposed to guess what he is thinking. laugh
Apologies, it has taken me a while to see this.... then some more time to figure out what you were saying.
I'm well known am I? Fame at last, this is such a surprise. But you say I "was famous", I'm not any more? Fame is such a cruel mistress.

Is there a rule against consecutive posts? I find that easier (clearer) when quoting one person in a thread before making my own reply but if I'm doing it wrong please do let me know.

"overuse of indicators", I don't remember posting anything about that, can you post a link?

Why are you supposed to guess what I'm thinking? Not sure what you mean by that.

PS no apostrophe needed in roundabouts. You didn't put one in junctions which is something that always confuses me: people who put apostrophes in some plurals but not others, what is their (self made) rule on this. Fascinating stuff.

A very strong placebo might cure that epic epidemic.

Hadn't noticed that, well it is a golf club, probably polishing their balls as they park biggrin

I did notice a lovely Volvo S80 parked to perfection though.

Although clearly a noun it seems it can be used as an adjective:

epidemic
adjective UK /ˌep.ɪˈdem.ɪk/ US /ˌep.əˈdem.ɪk/

happening a lot and affecting many people:
Poverty in this country has reached epidemic proportions .
Crime and poverty are epidemic in the city.
