The cones are odd, are you sure it wasn't one of those car-washing while you park things?
You must have missed the electric charging sign above the tw*t's car? The cones are for the 4 spaces which are reserved for electric charging.

Ahh thats a familiar looking area. Finding a legal car, let alone a legally parked car, is hard work in these parts!

Nice parking scooter boy. Any chance you can take up a bit more space?

What's up with this one? He is slightly skewed, but still comfortably within the parking space markings

Drives me nuts when cars park about 2 metres from the end of the bay or closer, especially in bays which only hold three or four cars anyway, now its down to two or three.

As PHers have posted before on this subject, we don't know the comings and goings of vehicles in this particular parking spot during any particular period. It could have been one knob parker some time ago and the rest is the knock-on result.

He might have arrived and parked with other scooters, who have now left. Unless you watch him park you cant be sure so its unfair to post the pictures.

I've posted pics in the past of the ignorant parking I encounter on my walk down to meet Mrs Bobbers, todays offering is a bike parked in the middle of the path, I really can't begin to express how much this fks me off seeing as their drive is empty and the BMW in the background half on the pavement is theirs too, s!!!!!!!

Not my picture. Details here - http://www.edp24.co.uk/news/rcp-disabled-parking-b...

////A car park firm has today defended the actions of one of its drivers, who parked in a disabled space in Norwich. The incident in the car park behind Anglia Square caused fury among passers by, including one who said it was “disgusting”.
But RCP, which operates the car park, said the driver was carrying out maintenance work near to the space and using the van to “shield the public” from the work.////
yikes

Spotted in Sunbury on Friday afternoon. Just quality.

Good old BM driver "I can park where I like" attitude.
Amazed that all the cars in that picture don't just fall off.
