I like the idea mooted elsewhere on PH of forbidding parking or waiting (including drop-offs and pick-ups) within say 500m of the school gates - unless the child (not the parent) is disabled, of course.

Most I see have parked like that, t
ts, just takes a second or two to check if your at the end of the bay. One bay near me has room for four cars, usually end ones are 2 or 3 ft from the end of the bay resulting in being reduced to space for three cars.Vipers said:
