Yellow zigzags are a council issue, and sadly, you never see a council traffic warden outside a school.
Found this on another site.

As a police officer, I once headed an operation in the Manchester area regarding school road safety and Zig-Zags. Controlled areas outside schools are normally accompanied by a qualification plate giving the times of restriction. Times of restriction are generally 8.00am til 5.00pm and Additional times. The Additional times normally mean anytime the school is in session (parents evenings, summer fetes etc). In the absence of a plate, the markings can be enforced whilst school is in session, this includes during times like Breakfast Clubs and after school activities.

Parking or stopping within the confines during the restricted period is an endorsable offence.

So maybe try local plod, see what can be done.
That will be for white zigzags.

It says outside schools, dont get white zig zags outside schools do you? So presume it applies to yellow ones.

I suspect if the real owner of YX15 YFJ sees this pic then they'll will be slightly confused as to why @TradewithKez is pretending to own it.

Unless of course or Friendly forex trading genius really did go all the way to Batley to buy it, I mean its not like he'd lie on the internet or anything.

Unusual one - a ( presumably fit enough to pedal ) person parked their trike in a disabled bay - no blue badge

Can't see how that's legendary.

Looks built up, by a pedestrian crossing, if you get caught speeding by that camera then you are a stupid .

Recognise the owner - a pretty common poster, was trying to save some blushes...

There seems to be a lot of bad parking outside the Co Op. I am wondering, if, by any chance, this is not a coincidence.
