Assuming he thinks 'don't park on yellow lines' means literally that.

Anywhere near Frimley? There's a BMW driver who regularly drives into the drop-off area outside Frimley Park Hospital the wrong way. When challenged his witty riposte is always "Well? I'm only going one way" and he then executes a multi-point turn, holding up a load of cars who drove around in the correct direction.

Besides which, it's probably a photoshop, because, as we all know (according to the sages amongst the PH membership, at least), that only a bicycle rider would ever travel the wrong way along a one-way street. A car driver would never ever do such a thing "because driving licence, innit"... wobble
Don't forget that we are also told (repeatedly) that many cyclists also drive cars and pay tax for the road usage.

Perhaps, he is one of them and just forgot. smile

But you remember the lorry driver going down a one way street against the flow and didn't get stopped?

I'll leap in with the stereotype: given the car, was the driver elderly, by any chance?

Posted on a local FB page today. Also a BMW, also driven the wrong way down a one-way (the sign behind it is the no-entry), and parked so close to the red car that it couldn't get out of the parking space.

Something similar on Camberley high street on Thursday afternoon.

Local driving instructor dumped his Mini on dyl's to nip into a sandwich / coffee shop. I guess he was more concerned with getting his order correct as he obviously didn't see the guy whacking the ticket on his windscreen and taking pictures to show he was parked like a muppet hehe

Quiet car park but the Jag drove in and left it in 2 bays, joined shortly after by the Discovery. He did at least look how he'd parked but didn't care either.
