Our neighbour's son in law with this effort in the Skoda

If that Audi's parked on the pavement, I think neighbour's son has done quite a good job!

But is it displaying a blue badge? They may need plenty of space if the passenger is disabled. That hatched area is part of the space, so if it has a blue badge then its not causing any issues.

One thing that's more shocking to me is how massive the Ka looks compared to the TT!

It's the wife's. If she fully park on the road then there's not enough space for the red Ka which is the neighbours other daughter as there's a shared driveway to the left of that.

The worst parking in that picture are the 2x Audis (red TT and the black A3 over the road). Both almost entirely blocking the pavement.

No pic but how is this for an excuse.

As I am slowing down to park near my local shop/post office, an elderly couple pull up on DYL's alongside a dropped kerb, (Its the most direct route from car to shop door), last week a guy couldn't cross on his mobility gizmo as anothe egit was blocking the dropped kerb.

Conversation goes like this -

Me "Do you know your blocking a dropped kerb, and DYL's"

Her "Why isn't it further up". (Me speechless).

I explained again what a dropped kerb was and said if you open your door you will see you are along side it.

She said "Why aren't there any signs"..............

They walk among us.

Aha, the old "if I park on the pavement and not on the double yellows, then I won't get a ticket" gambit.

Happily they will discover it's not true.

Fiesta driver is too important to get wet. So parks on the corner as close to the entrance as possible to do his shopping. I've said before people parking in pick up point annoys me (silver van) but this fiesta has even been too lazy for the pick up point.

Happily I'd got the closest legitimate space to the door.

"Cos I need to redo my fade innit"
(yes, this chump actually parked like this to go into the local barber).

The space was easily big enough to park properly in. Perhaps reverse parking is beyond this dimwit's abilities.

Never displaying, seems to be a regular abuser of a blue badge parking spot at the local supermarket, often seen there when it rains.
