That will be my missus and most of your missuses. Steadfastly refuses to listen to common sense (if you reverse in when it's quiet and you don't need to access the boot) and reason and does a 99 point turn trying to get out.

That one looks like an RTC or a police stopping the car one, there's no way in hell even any of the morons we feature here could park that badly. The police officer carrying the cone - potentially shutting the road is the giveaway. Driver might have realised he's going nowhere while cop does his stuff and got out for a cig. Also the car on the over side parked at a 90 degree angle across the road is a indicator...

Get this at work with our visitor spaces all the time. Its reverse park only & the sign on the wall that the drivers see when they park says so .... do they turn around .... no.
