Maybe the perspective.distorts it, but there would be ample room in that marked right hand bay if that person had parked within the lines instead of taking up both spaces.

The thing I find most amazing in that picture is the drain is flush with the road surface. I thought by law they had to be 2" below it? (sarcasm)
