Personally I have never parked where I shouldn't.

I used to put a note on my dash saying "I am a genuine Llouds customer back in 5 mins", and park usually blocking the entrance as that was the only place left
Apart from that, good spotting biggrin

Arrogant wker in Ambleside, Lake District. Watched him walk away from it as I turned into the car park WITH NO SPACES REMAINING. Smug look on his face:

If yours is the blue one, you could have got MUCH closer to the driver's door of the white one!

smile
If his is the blue one, he could have pushed the white one onto the grass!

Without being rude, why is your time more valuable than the people who had to wait for you ?
The car park is for LLoyds TSB, not for midday shopping trips, a very small car park. Personally I have never parked where I shouldn't.

I am sure their time is valuable, but if you want to go shopping, use public car parks.
Except you have parked where you shouldnt... you blocked the entrance to the car park... so you're the exact type of twunt that this thread is all about... well done you!
OK, sorry I posted, smack smack....... let's all move on FFS.
You're just as bad as those who you put in bold, if not worse. They are parking in spaces you are just dumping your car.
Im torn.

On the one hand, there wasnt a spare space free and you should nver just dump a car and make it someone elses problem.

On the other hand, IF the ONLY people being inconvenience were some aholes who had misused the available spaces to go elsewhere anyway, then I for one am having a huge laugh at their expense and inconvenience. Because such people are all parasitc wkers anyway.

Both of you are right in what the blue car could/should have done. My own car is even bigger and more capable of pushing that little white thing off its spot, but with my wife aboard, I wasn't allowed to go baiting the idiots. biggrin

The parking is offensive, but the car even more so. What the actual fk is that thing?

That's a X1+ or an X3-, an expletive or simply inexplicable. Take your pick. I'm confused as hell as to what car does what in BMW's range nowadays and I'm a Bavarian fanboi.

Saw this today at a gym. The space on the left is the end of the row, and both wheels were touching the kerb in front - are they just terrible at parking?

You normally find busy young mummies are far too important to bother about lines in parking spaces.

At our gym they have now given the car park over to a parking control company who are very strict. Quite a few members have been clamped and fined not quite sure how that pans out with their gym membership it might be slightly dodgy ground. But it seems the gym of wash their hands of it and said it’s nothing to do with us the car park is an ours anymore

Wasnt clamping on private land outlawed a while back?

X2 I believe. I had a less than pleasant encounter with one and thought it was a Hyundai until I saw the BMW badges.

Maybe punctuation was banned too. Perhaps proof read before your post Iestat - that last sentence is incomprehensible.

[ahem] I'm not sure Mr lestat is the only one who needs to proofread.

I must apologise to the punctuation and spelling police. SORRY

Also I might have used artistic licence with the clamping. I saw the signs and warnings. Didn’t actually read it and it probably doesn’t say clamping. Just a fine then. Sorry sorry and sorry again.

May I blame autocorrect and speaking instead of typing the actual text

Yep, it was an X2. Not sure I've seen one before. I'm not especially upset by its existence though, just the circumstances of our encounter.

Leeds Park and Ride, Elland road. Whoever started the Row with the black Mini in it, decided not to leave a gap. Funnily enough, when I came back in the afternoon, the two rows behind must have thought the same thing....

The blue car to the left of the red Audi is behind the black mini. What beggars belief, is that they all locked their doors, and walked forwards, past the cars they have just blocked in to get to the exit and bus.
