One from a local Facebook group. This is Wrexham town centre, it's a one way street and an exit road from the bus station. The red car is the other way. They must have had fun getting in the wrong way on the traffic light junction, and out again.

Another ignorant barsteward, blocking a dropped kerb and DYL's, I saw a guy on his mobility scooter waiting to cross the other week as an ignorant driver had nipped in the shop.

Parking where she did results in the shortest distance to the shop door, and there are two car parks, one you can see, and one behind the shop, and free parking a few metres further up.

The last person I pointed out that they were blocking a dropped kerb, she said "Whats that".

A new lake has been built in a park close to me and opened a couple of weeks back and was promptly shut after just one day due to the behaviour of the general public which included parking on both the pavement and the road bringing an arterial route into London to a standstill.
Walking to the train station today and it looks like the lakes reopened as I had to cross the road one side due to a cars parking on the pavement leaving no room (didn't want to brush past wet bushes) then I had to cross again due to this tt parked in a tree

The council painted double yellows next to the bollards as two weeks ago people parked there as well stopping traffic flowing but for some reason the council haven't painted any yellow lines anywhere else so people are still parking half in the road half on the pavement restricting pedestrian access even though in London it's illegal to park half on the pavement.

If the council maintained the pedestrian areas and cut that tree back the car wouldn't have been a problem.

Just today someone parked similar to this but it was dry so I just scratched my way past. Boohoo.

They would just park even further onto the pavement, tbh it's hard keeping ontop of the vegetation this summer with the amount of sun and rain we've had.

This picture was shared two weeks ago of slightly further down the road the parking was so bad due to the lake opening being on the news so people travelled for hours to go there and then couldn't accept the fact the park was full so parked in the road and on the pavement which caused gridlock.

(the cars on the left are parked!)
The councils response was to lock the park the next day and employ security to keep people out for the next few days until the hysteria died down.

Came home today and realised why the council hadn't painted yellow lines, it's so they can generate a new revenue stream.

At long last they've fixed the parking at Chievely Services. It's now bigger with a revised layout and fresh markings. Marvellous.

I always wonder with people who park like that whether they drive into the space, open their door and because they can't see the line they think they've done a proper job at parking. Obviously too thick to realise they've done the complete opposite.

The yellow lines in the parking space are clearly just there for decoration in this near-empty, incredibly vast, cinema car park.

People should count themselves lucky to have someone so important in their area.
