Just down the road from me.

The Vauxhall had been there at least 2 hours, and I suspect related to the van it was parked next to. I'd driven past it on the way to work, and it was still there when I got back when I went home ill. The space in front of it was taken when I'd left.
That's the type of thing a very petty resident near me would do if someone parked in 'their' spot outside their house. And by 'their' spot I mean the public highway outside their house that they have no legal right to.

Seems to be no restriction on parking alongside the kerb, why not just park there, twunt.

Yes - if they had parked more considerately you could fit two more on there

I suspect he's doing that on purpose to take the piss a bit. Unkept bit of supposed green area + the guy likes offroading.

Looks like a dropped kerb to me although not completely clear from the photo

I've posted this corner before, but this is a prime example of why the verge on the corner behind is absolutely trashed. To make it worse, today is bin day, so the lorries have all been driving on the verge to get past rolleyes

Aye, looks like it's rolled off an old ladies drive to the right.

A place I worked at years ago overlooked a large car park of another company. It was never more than half full but there was very often a Mitsubishi Warrior parked on the grass incline to the side, resplendent in its own tyre ruts. Similarly, our street has a large open grass area in the middle of a sort of crescent. It's basically just used by kids in the street to play and is quite well looked after. There is someone that occasionally visits who insists on parking their Nissan off road thing right on top of it. Again, loads of on-road parking available. It's all a bit weird.

They're not parked in spaces by the look of it, the marking between the cars is an arrow.

I find it baffling how that actually happens, what’s going through their heads to think that’s acceptable!

On this thread I'm not so sure.

Not enough bays in Bluewater Shopping Center for this car...parked across a footpath

(Don't know why it keeps rotating the image)

I’m hoping that it was deliberately left on someone’s drive without permission, and was pushed off into the street and left there, with any luck causing extensive damage to the gearbox etc.
