That's a direct result of people knowing that in most instances they can do whatever they want with no consequences. Frankly I'm surprised TPB haven't twigged this is currently an even better way to make money than to have scameras everywhere. I'd be willing to bet most urbany areas of full of pillocks who park like this - I know in my neck of the woods I see many examples each day - Easy money!
Recover, crush, sorted.
Why destroy people's property for what is after all generally a minor infringement - especially when such action would have a disproportionate effect on some people who would not be able to afford a replacement ?
Parked in a bus shelter, minor infringement, OK. You fine them, no deterrent, maybe impound and charge them loads of dosh to get it back, then they may think about where they park next time, maybe crush was too harsh.

Saw this the other week. Selfish twit in an A1 parking slap-bang in the middle of a space that can fit two cars. Obiously, the A1 is special and doesn't deserve to have any other vehicle parking near it.

Wouldn't it be great if a couple of Smarts had blocked him in biggrin
You never know what was parked there before s/he parked. Two Smart cars?

Not defending it but why is it never these chunts who get keyed? If there was any justice in the world, the owner would be coming back to a big old wang carved into the bonnet.
Agreed with others that vandalism is not justified... but... why does it never happen to knobs like this? Surely it's an obvious target, but no, these s will target something anonymous parked up, or something tucked away on a drive/behind a gate rage

Exactly my point.

Perhaps it's the throbbers who park like this who also do the keying, therefore they would not target somebody like themselves.

The drain lorry is blocking 4 spaces, if it parked 'properly' it would still block 4 spaces - what's the issue?

I think you'll find it's blocking considerably more than 4 spaces when you factor in how it would get out of its current spot. If he'd parked 'properly' it would have only been 4 spaces and left all bays around it for normal use.

I agree a fine is too easy - the selfish, arrogant spacktards who do this should be put to a serious amount of inconvenience, in the hope they might then start to appreciate how much their actions inconvenience other people.

People treating wide pavements as an acceptable place to park are becoming a bete noir for me - it's either an "I'm alright, Jack" mentality, or they think that because they're off the road, their parking is OK,because they're not inconveniencing other drivers.

Earlier this afternoon at the local garden centre. It was pretty packed so I headed for the spaces furthest away from the store in the hope it might be quieter and found this dumped over 2 spaces.

With a bit of shunting fwd and backwards you could probably manage it, god knows why, window jammed and couldn't get to ticket machine, but it's a woman isn't itbiggrin

My guess - pulls up too far away to reach ticket machine, so opens door and half gets out. Car rolls backwards and the door inserts itself between bollard and ticket machine

Sure I've posted this twot before, obviously as close as he can get to the store entrance without using the disabled bays. But only 15m away he could have parked on the end of the row and overhung his wheels in to the yellow hatching without being a fkwit.

The nearby pick up point and near empty car park obviously weren't close enough.

So did I, almost empty car park and car parked slightly over the line.
