Evening all,

I've just bought myself a Cayman S 2006 plate and thought I would say "hi" on this forum. I've been looking to buy one for years and have now scratched the itch! So far I'm loving it - The whole experience is so involving.

I was thinking about updating the sat nav DVD which is 2005 - anyone got any pointers on this?

Thanks

M

Thanks for replies.

I will attach a photo once I've worked out how to do it on my iPad.

I paid £17k. It's got 48k Miles & lots of extras - PASM, sports chrono, Bose, full leather, recent engine rebuild. Oh and guards red 😄 .

Parr in Crawley? Bought my 987.2 CS from them and love it. Sadly I am off the road until DVLA let me have my licence back (loss of some eyesight after a mini stroke last year). It's just a waiting game now but I love looking at the car on the drive. It is an awesome drive!

Nice car. I haven't had mine long, but have really enjoyed it so far. Hope you enjoy yours as much.

Hi all,

I actually got it from Cavendish Porsche in Nottingham - near East Midlands airport.

I'm loving it - puts a smile on face every time I get in it!

is it just my feeling that these cars are quite cheap in UK comparing to continent? Very hard to find this kind of car for 19.000 EUR must say.. when buyng from OPC it is rather 30k+

I'm pretty sure that's my old car - (pic still in profile) - huge spec car which I was lucky enough to own from 6k to about 12k miles.

Hope you enjoy every mile in it!

Well I'm the 6th owner so I guess there was a chance a previous owner was on the forum! Yes the spec is massive and it's in immaculate condition. I'm certainly enjoying driving it!
