Yes it is diesel, even I'm not THAT stupidsmile
And I can find the hole,it's the lack of a cap that's the problem(that may also have been the problem leading to the need for a people carrier smile)
Here's a picture, as you can see just a hole cut in the carpet, and no cap underneath.
Hopefully the garage can fix one in, unless someone says the manual is wrong, and the cap is under the bonnet... somehow I doubt that

And OK I get the criticism of the lateness, but seriously who would have thought there would be no sodding filler cap! Would be no problem if it were there

Is that grey part the underlay or sound deadening?

If so, have a poke and see if you can feel the cap of the filler underneath.

No,its grey plastic,Ive had a poke around under the hole and cant feel anything apart from a few ridges. There are some numbers on the visible bit,and a circle with a cross( like this: + ) on it,I imagine where thats where the hole for the cap was meant to be drilled

I understand the Ad - Blue tank may be fitted in the spare wheel well.

just checked the manual, the spare wheel in the 7 seater is in a carrier under the back bumper. In the normal version it might be there as spare wheel is under the boot carpet

This link gives the locations of the adblue filler in the various Citroens.
http://infodiesel.co.uk/marques/adblue-citroen-en/

It also has the caveat 'This information can vary on some vehicles of the same model in relation to the options chosen by the manufacturer.' so it could be anywhere smile

Not sure if you are joking, but they wouldn't of forgot to drill the hole. The tank is plastic and the filler would be part of the moulding.
So it must be in a different location on your car.

maybe they run the engine in reverse in the factory, so the exhaust converts the nox back into adblue and fills the tank up?

Reminds me of a situation I spent HOURS trying to find the oil filter location of my old Fiat Coupe 20 VT.

I have a horrible feeling that this is what is needed.
The manual, the net, even the dealer when I called them (guy even went to check the one in the showroom) say that's where it should be, going to the dealer this morning so hopefully they can sort it with a drill, or reset the counter until something can be done.
It does beg the question of how they got Adblue into it in the first place, maybe they didn't and Citroen are faking it,like VW did smile

I thought this, but from a quick Google it looks like there's meant to be a black plastic cap (more an access hatch despite looking like a cap) and under that there's a blue cap (part of the tank).
So although it might well be in a different location, it is possible that they fit and fill the tank on the production line, then fit a plastic floor liner afterwards. They won't have forgotten to drill a hole-it'll be a different moulding-but they could have put a floor liner for a petrol version over the tank and its blue cap...

Edit: as per this photo from earlier in the thread:

sounds a stupid question but have you unscrewed the black cap?

The filler has been moved to a different location. Do you really think they would fit a blank tank and drill a hole? There would be swarfe dropping into the tank. rolleyes

Maybe they didn't anticipate the car outliving the adblue volume....

On a serious note has the filler now been moved to a better place such as next to the fuel filler as with most other adblue vehicles?

Its horrible stuff so I wouldn't want to be spilling it on the interior carpet, seems a short term fix having to fill it from inside the car.

OP, your car hasn't got a tank it runs the later bag system, you need to replace the whole bag that is located in a plastic tray underneath the car next to the fuel tank.

^^^^ Interesting.

Discussion re the system on the Citroen Berlingo. Talks about a special tool being needed AND a computer reset:
https://www.berlingoforum.com/thread-11829.html

Youtube shows this for the Peugeot so I'm guessing Citroen have done the same?

Another clip showing what's inside:

The cynic in me says it's a cunning plan to make you take the car to a dealer.....
