It's amazing isn't it that an article about an estate car doesn't actually feature a single photo of the boot.

here you (and everyone) go:

Please show us all the relevant photos when writing an article PH.
I had all sorts of trouble getting a key bit of info which was the profile of the boot. I use my cars for my dogs. I wanted to know whether a Great Dane would be foamy in the back of the wagon without the rear seats being folded forward. ( This is no problem on my old Cayenne S). After getting some measurements the rear of the wagon is too low and curved for the dog to comfortably stand above move about. I decided to keep my old Cayenne for dog transport and use the Pana for non dog days...

I ordered mine in black leather with CF, so no wood or anything, four individual seats. The Panamera interior is generally pretty nice, but this is certainly no E class when I comes to usable luggage space.

Well I ordered it anyway😊. A couple of surprises :
Despite public statements it seems that there is no four seat option. Just the 4+1. If anyone has found out differently would be grateful to hear.

Also no roof rail option. I occasionally do very long trips and the option of using a luggage box on roof would be handy. I imagine something will show up in time.
