Odd question perhaps, but does the UK car have the startup sound from the ICE as the JDM car?

I've just driven one of these, funtastic !! a complete surprise as to the ride comfort, performance and thrills, much much better than I thought it would be, it's probably had some updates since it's release but it really is very good, a 5.5 foot adult( non TellyTubby) was in the back behind 5.10's in the front with no space issues, the brakes simply didn't fade, the steering was lovely and oily, the aural treats made you smile,Toyota have excelled themselves. Superb.

Keeping an eye on second hand prices for these. I still think they are one of the most striking designs on sale today - not necessarily beautiful, but certainly striking.

Lexus has just released a limited edition model. Looks great in my opinion.

I'm waiting to see what they do with the LCF when it eventually comes out, but I'm more inclined (very) to just go for a RHD Corvette C8 when it arrives in the UK. Hopefully Lexus will do a proper job with it and not make it an add-on version of the current car which they are guilty of with the RCF Track Edition.

According to the Lexus forum it's a USA only series, nice colour interior too.

Let’s be honest, this is the real Supra replacement isnt it?

I dont like it, but its nearer to where the Supra’s were in the 80’s and 90’s were positioned, softer than the Porsches, but harder than the Jags and as fast as either.

And as I recall, the choice of the over 40 national radio DJ.

I don’t doubt its good, but its an old mans car image wise.

Wonderful car, massive presence in the flesh. Saw one in yellow recently, could not stop staring!

No, it's not. This is Soarer and Lexus SC400 replacement.

And wow, this is a stunning car. I'm tempted about hybrid version. It is genuinely modern car.

Looked at these for a weekend toy a few months ago, but until they bring out a nice lighter blue in the non limited (uk) edition i wont be touching them.

stunning in the metal, some colours dont do it any favours though, yellow looks awful.

Much better in the orange than the white/black.

Dash is a bit like an old sideboard though, probably a nice place to be however. Be a tempting prospect in 4/5 years when inevitably it will be sub 23k.
Where can I find one for less than £23k? I'll have three please laugh

The very type of car that will interest me in 10 years, when they reach the £10,000 price spectrum.

Roll on 2027; I'll be looking for a 100,000 mile example, metallic blue with tan leather.
Maybe the 2027 forecast will be more accurate........

Yup, low volume NA cars have a habit of heading towards such numbers these days. Perhaps post mass electrification though.

Really like these will be interesting to see how prices go over next six months.

Great looking car and I’m sure the ride is fine despite the predictable pro German review bias.

These are a beautiful car.

Haven't seem many over the years but the most recent sighting was in Ambleside last month, it cruised slowly past and i did a triple take, lovely thing.

They are very very good looking cars these, only ever seen one or two around but they're very striking for the right reasons.

I actually rather like that interior too, I know it's, 'old' now but it looks nicer than all the screens and chintz in most new stuff.
