Unless he pulled out a knife, managed to get car moving etc. .........just seems a bad move with a baby in tow.
In this instance the person obviously didn’t or couldn’t but there has been a few where people have been dragged down the road when trying to get at the driver.
Or had a howitzer in the boot!

Anyway, it's done now. It either happened as suggested or not. Nothing can change the fact that if it did happen, some dangerous little tt got a ttting.

It is not a made up story, it happened this afternoon in Toxteth, written the way it was simply because that is the way I wanted it.
It was not someone loosing control of their car accidentally, it was a stolen car driven by young scrotes that do not give a flying duck about anyone or anything or the consequences of their actions.
If the father had not reacted and moved himself and the pram then it does not bear thinking about, maybe his actions then were not pc or genteel but most people in the same situation would have wanted the driver for themselves.
1. How do you know the car was stolen?

2. It's 'losing' not 'loosing'.

3. How do you know what most people in the same situation would do?

Scrote meets latent psychopath, I can't say that I'm too bothered about the outcome either way.

Although if I were said latent psychopath then I would be looking nervously over my shoulder for the next few weeks as I wouldn't be entirely confident that said scrote and his friends would be the types to let a little beating go unreturned.

Wayne, dear, maybe I'm getting old but I really struggle to understand what you are trying to say. Generally if I want a driver for myself, she'll be good looking with blonde hair.

I love it that you’re all replying like this sorry story actually happened. What a waste of everyone’s time.

This makes the story 100% believable.

Cool story bro. Some say it is wise to not punch people in the face as it commonly results in bad things happening to your hands. Such as broken knuckles and bleeding knuckles.

These are bad things. Donuts are okay, in moderation. Too many may lead to morbid obesity and tooth decay. This can make you look bad, add in the bleeding broken knuckles and you will look proper rough. Though you may think you’re a hero.......

We don't need another hero,
We don't need to know the way home
All we want is life beyond the Thunderdome
Looking for something we can rely on
There's got to be something better out there.
Mmmm, love and compassion, their day is coming
All else are castles built in the air
And I wonder when we are ever gonna change?
Living under the fear, till nothing else remains.
All the children say,
We don't need another hero,
We don't need to know the way home
All we want is life beyond the Thunderdome
So what do we do with our lives?
We leave only a mark.
Will our story shine like a light,
Or end in the dark?
Give it all or nothing!

If I were said latent psychopath I would be tracking down anybody that had blabbed about me on the internet. I'd find all those people and note their names down in a list. Then I'd visit each person on that list in turn and I'd kill them.

I do note that OP hasn't posted for a few hours frown

Growing up in Toxteth that is pretty much guaranteed.

I dunno guys, if my child was put at risk because someone was driving like an idiot, and I indeed had to take action to stop them being run over, I can't say my response would be too measured either.
yep, me too - if the story was true as written.
Agreed, despite my comments about how the driver will probably be seen as the victim, if you're diving out of the way of a car being driven in a dangerous manner and it's heading toward your family, you're going to be at the mercy of hormones which you have no control over (Adrenaline, Cortisol and Norepinephrine apparently = fight or flight)
Totally agree. If some knob had put mine and my childs life at risk by being a knob and I literally had to make manouvers to save my childs life and the idiot was still at the scene, I wouldn't just be "calling the police" and hoping it "was caught on cctv". rolleyes

The one still in the car that the Roider ttted, Was he the driver?
If a complaint is made against said Roider, I hope social services don’t become involved. They take a very dim view about violence taking place around children...

Now dad is what you call very powerfully built though not a company director, he kindly allowed the still in the car driver to face and headbut his clenched hand repeatedly only stopping when baby cried, poor lads knuckles were a mess.
If Dad had any sense he would have called the police and let them deal with the driver properly. Perhaps taken a photo etc for evidence. But by his actions then he is more of a scrote than the people in the car.
But

Innit.

Driver got 'street justice' which will have much more effect than legal justice - many will not agree but in reality that will be the case in a situation such as this

This is likely to be the case for a long time until the law and the courts decide to be harsher on such drivers
