But on original tyres? Not safe to drive, straight to collection on trailer. Hope i am wrong, but..
I’ve cross-linked this to the long running Eventer thread. Odd that the ad says believed to be #9 when another ad says #2 ...

I owned a sub 13k mile XJS Celebration run out for no more than one year. Every time I took it out I expected it to blow up on me. The stress did me in the end and I sold it for what i paid for it. I did love it though, especially that cigar ashtray!
Then there is this Jag......rock and a hard place; don't use it and the engine/running gear/brakes pay you back by breaking; take it out and use it? can you trust it?......urghhhh
Whoever buys it better get friendly with David Marks Jags.

Thats a very rare/cool Jag' but having owned a V12 1987 XJS HE in the 90's (we paid £2,000 for it) there is no way I'd be forking out big money for one of these.
The XJS was rubbish, adding a hatch back makes it more cool than a normal XJS, but just not a very good car.
12 mpg,
zero feel from the steering,
wallowey suspension,
most early cars were rust buckets .
A fabulous engine with a lovely smell of leather in the cabin wrapped up in a big rusting hulk of crap (sorry XJS fans but as a previous owner I was shocked how outdated and dynamically flawed it was).
