Going against the grain, I nominate this dirtbag. It sounds filthy and I love it.

It doesn't sound as good on video as it does in real life unfortunately. I watched one of these race(and destroy the field) at donington last year.

Back in the sixties I heard a Jensen Interceptor accelerating briskly from the lights on Pool Bank in Yorkshire.

I was about a mile away and it was a calm night so the sound really travelled.

He came past me still accelerating hard

That sound has stayed with me and I always love a V8 sound

In Abersoch we camped for one of the festivals decades ago - then a Diablo GT (?) V12 came hooning round (we were walking on he road no footpath from campsite to village) flames came out on the overrun.

It was epic / dangerous too thinking back but what a machine V12 mmmm
