If that was me in that situation. . . . if the scum happen to get crushed in the process then it's a happy coincidence.
In the words of a wise Bob Ross, ‘a happy little accident’.

You are allow d to use force to protect ANY human life so long as that force is the minimum required to achieve that whilst there is a risk to life.

In simple terms if you think they posses a risk to life and injure them in removing the risk to life tough st to them. If they stop what there doing and no longer pose a risk then you must stop.

You can’t wait for them to stop and then injur them. Only while they are in the act.

See two cases of robbery on a farm. One shot the guy in the back while running away. No risk to his life he got done for the shooting.

Second farmer shot a vehicle that was aimed at him when he confronted them and injured a scrote. No problem there was a risk to life.

Had he blocked the enterance it becomes slightly dodgy ground.

All I would say is farmer no 2 got a solicitor straight away and probably revived some good advice pointing him to the fact the two scrotes ‘erm.......drove at him and he ‘thought his life was in danger’.
that's very useful to know, thanks

Why feel the need to expose your wife and kids by putting them in such a hideous and ostentatious car in a city that is not generally that wealthy?

The Bentayga is all that is wrong in society and then put on four wheels frown - and I am not saying that as a petrolhead or some sort of socialist..
What an idiotic statement.
Why? In reality I could have one of these on my drive by tomorrow afternoon..however its hideous and I would never wish to draw such attention of wealth to me and my loved ones..especially if it is so far from the norm.

Fortunately I live in a country where such cars are the norm but even here I would never have my wife drive such a car. I guess we feel more secure in ourselves then to need to shove it in others' faces.

Where criminals with axes attack people in cars....

I know it's not PC, and I know it's victim blaming, but driving a Bentley around some places is just a pretty dumb thing to do.

It's a shame that supposedly civilized parts of North Manchester aren't safe to visit in such a chariot.

But if you go waving your dick about, then you can hardly be surprised when someone tries to chop it off.

I quite enjoyed owning a Ferrari, but the bloody thing really was a magnet for unwanted attention, to the point where it was almost a relief to see the back of it.

Manchester isn't in the third world and Bury (part of Greater Manchester) has several wealthy areas.

Regardless of how ostentatious the car is, why can't someone enjoy the money they have earnt without the threat of having someone put an axe through your window? It is a bit like blaming a rape victim for wearing a short skirt rather than focusing on the rapist.

Vehicle crime is an issue in Manchester, and regardless of another poster trying to blame Romanian gangs, organised crime & crime in general typically is linked to those that are economically deprived.

I was born in Manchester and left when i was 18 for Uni. I know the place very well. And its the last place I would drive a Bentayga.

Let's say hypothetically I was the guy parked just behind the Bentley in the camera car, I see said lady being attacked, If I smashed my car into the guy attacking the lady pinning him to the side of the Bentley with a couple of broken legs would I face an attempted murder charge?

I'm guessing I wouldn't get a pat on the bat and a thank you from the police/cps

I cannot think what else you could do to help, **** getting out to be assaulted with a hammer

The only reasons to have a Bentayga, at least in the UK, are to show how much money you have and how little taste.

However it's fortunate it has laminated side windows.

I was mugged on my front door step by three scooter scumbags, one of whom was wielding a hammer. Going by some of the logic on this thread it's entirely my own fault, rubbing their noses in it by standing outside my nice house.

I don't think anyone's said that.

Oh dear. Someone's life didn't turn out how they wanted. Never mind eh.

One should be able to spend ones money on whatever they want without the fear of dheads attacking them for it. Maybe one day you'll realise this however I suspect you won't.

I have this guy on Speed Dial. I am fine. Right next to the local kebab shop and Hookers R Us.

My god ! I’d never allow you to stand outside the house if you were my wife.

Have I got the hang of this yet?
