I think chav has a different opinion depending on where you live, I would class Most BMW's as chav mobiles because most of the chav's on estates near me choose these as their 'made it/keeping up with the jones' sort of cars

I have a BMW and really don't see it as a status thing or having 'made' it, quite the opposite.

Corsa (Always gonna be the Corsa)
Shortlist: Any Vauxhall, Nova, Saxo, 106, 205, 306, MK1/2 Focus.
I still see the above as chav cars, even though the Nova is a classic car, the Sax/106 are climbing in value, the 205 already has climbed, the 306 is unknown to anyone my age and the MK1 Focus is only bought by the lads that hang around outside the Halford in Leeds. Still makes me laugh when someone describes a chav as "some Nova driving pick in trackies", now they're leased hatchback driving picks in skinny jeans and Topman
Still have friends with their naff 54 plate Corsa's though, don't think Vauxhall's will ever shake their chaviness.

I drive a Focus ST. It's orange, too. It's almost certainly an incredibly chavvy car and occasionally, whilst driving it, I'll get the odd thumbs up from an unemployed person with tattoos. It's chav. There's no getting away from it and everyone in this thread who has nominated the Focus ST is absolutely right.
However, I'm not going to get upset about it because I know I'm not a chav
