Car you (probably irrationally) hate!

Spent this evening's drive/queue home from work behind one of these, after 10 minutes and feeling quite sick, I developed a strong hatred for it. Small bonus though, the driver seemed to be the only driver on the road who understood how indicators work and the correct time to use them.
That ought to have a censorship label over it lee_erm said:
Any Audi, their drivers have this sickly degree of entitlement. Audi drivers often refer to their car as 'the Audi' too. As opposed to referring to the car as, 'the car'. This makes me cringe.
Perhaps the hatred I have isn't irrational after all.

Also hilarious is the way that most 'Aldi' drivers still think they drive a premium car not unlike the deluded Rover brigade saddos.
Maybe in the 70s and 80s but now they are merely white goods fodder providing the ultimate diluted and soporific driving experience at a rip off price, a prime example of delusion and mass marketing over substance.
In reality Audi are no better than Ford or Vauxhall and in many areas far inferior.

Admittedly I was at a car show, but there was someone in one of these constantly revving the tits off it... and well, it made my son cry, so that says it all really.Guy across the road has one, exhaust note is fingers down a blackboard for me. Not quite, but hopefully one day!

Don't hate it though as at least its a bit different ... wonder what the heck the medievally influenced rear lights are about..... just would rather drive an invacar given the option...
What on earth are those that buy them thinking??? - seems that after massive depreciation hit - values hold up relatively well.....

A man has three cars: a Ford, an Audi and a Riley. Perhaps the hatred I have isn't irrational after all.

He wants to take the family out in the Audi. How does he tell them which car?
Does he say, "We're going out in the car that's not a Ford or a Riley." Or does he say, "We're going out in the Audi."
Cringe on, dear chap, cringe on....
Hate is a strong word but I dislike any model that isn’t the highest capacity of that particular engine. For example say you were after an E90 3 Series 6 cylinder petrol. There is no way I would or could consider the cleanest of clean examples of a 325i. It would grate at me every day and I would be pissed off every time I came across a 330i.
Completely irrational as a good 325i is an excellent car, but I just can’t!

What if your 325i was the same capacity as a 330i? i.e. 3 litre?Completely irrational as a good 325i is an excellent car, but I just can’t!
Or do you mean highest power output?

Completely agree... Ive got a 335i... i was looking at 330i's to begin with but couldn't bare the thought of seeing a 335i overtake me or pull up next to me and think should have got that model... turns out its the other way round... the N54 335i engine is a nightmare of little niggly faults and issues.Completely irrational as a good 325i is an excellent car, but I just can’t!

Also, the E9x series 325i has the N52 3.0 just like the 330i for the poster above - it's all in the PS rating.

This certainly gives an insight into a typical BMW owners mind Reminds me of that old documentary of sales people and their company cars, and how important to them the "i" was on the badge to show everyone they had a newer fuel injected version of a mundane saloon. How do you manage to suppress the big green monster when someone in an M3 pulls up next to you?

M3 would be nice but its hard to compare with a 335i like a you can with a 330i... even though its the same model its not close to being the same car (Cost Maintenance etc...)

The M3 comment above is irrelevant, it’s a different car/engine.

'i' badge on the rear of your Cavalier means impress lol.
I had an Sri 130 and seriously thought I had made it. Hilarious.

I'd have the 325i (2.5 rather than 3.0 - I'd prefer it if the numbers on the bootlid/tailgate matched the capacity, plus no-one makes a mid-sized six-cylinder engine these days) or 330i in SE rather than the 335i - subtle and understated and on comfortable 17" wheels. Smoother engine than the 320i I4 and sweeter to listen to.Completely irrational as a good 325i is an excellent car, but I just can’t!
